arrow How do I set up my account or log in or change details in existing account?
  Go to MY CASHMERE ACCOUNT  and you may sign up/log in/ view your account details or subscribe.
 
arrow I have forgotten my password?
  Please visit MY CASHMERE ACCOUNT , select 'sign in' and 'forgotten password'. We will email to you a new password to your mail id.
   
arrow How do I make a purchase?
 

Please use the main category navigation to assist you through  shopping e.g. 100% Cashmere or 100% Wool etc. You will see all products under the main category coming  in succession.

You also have an additional option to navigate on the basis of prices and appearance. For appearances, you have broad optical views to choose from e.g. solids, embroidered, printed, checks and stripes and earth colours.

Once you have found, what you are looking for, click 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' and press 'CHECKOUT' to see the total view of items and amount. Then you may proceed to 'PAY'.

arrow Can my order be gift wrapped/or can I also include a gift message?
 

Cashmere and Wool All items are wrapped in a printed soft butter paper, put in a secure card board box and tied with a satin ribbon.


Please indicate at 'CHECKOUT', if you want to include a 'personalized gift message'. The message is printed on an attractive paper and kept inside the box.

arrow How will I know that you have received/shipped my order?
  We will send an order acknowledgment mail within 24 hrs. of  the receipt of the order. Please contact us if you do not receive this mail.
Another email is sent with 24 hrs. after the order has been shipped. Kindly refer to our 'shipping norms'  to know the shipping schedules.
arrow Can I cancel my order?
 

You may please cancel the order within 6 hrs. of placing it, by intimating us  through 'contact' or by mailing  at  info@laffairecashmerer.com

Order once placed is processed fast and it is not possible to retrieve/cancel it, after 6 hrs.

arrow How can I be sure that my payment details are safe with you?
 

We do not share your information with any third party.

For payment security, our site features state-of-art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the internet. To know more, please visit section 'Is my payment secure'.

Additionally, for your safety and protection, we confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address registered with your credit card company.

arrow How can I track my order online?
  Go to Track My Order;  sign into your account and provide the 'order ID' . You can also track your order once it has been shipped by using the tracking number given in your shipping confirmation.
arrow When will I receive delivery of the goods ordered?
  All goods in stock are shipped soonest possible, you will receive delivery with 6 working days for all destinations except US, Latin America. For US, Latin America, please allow for 10 working days for normal delivery and 5 working days for express delivery at an extra cost of USD.8.90 per unit. The custom  coloured products will need a delivery of 15 working days, for all destinations. You may visit section 'SHIPPING NORMS'
arrow How do I return an item I have received from you?
  All goods can be returned to us, within 30 days of receipt at your end. To see the returns procedure, visit 'RETURNS ARE EASY' .
arrow How do you ensure the authenticity of the product?
  The goods are manufactured using the best cashmere yarn (or other natural yarns, in case of other products). The yarns are procured and tested in lots from time to time for microns, staple length and genuineness. The end product woven is also again tested from lots at random. The colours, dyes used have a fastness standard and are azo free.

Our team travels extensively to oversee the manufacturing sites and insists on testing being done at manufacturing facilities from time to time.
arrow How should I care for my l'affaire Cashmere products?
 

Dry Cleaning for Pashmina We recommend dry cleaning to make sure that your purchases stay in the best condition for many long years.

If at all, you want to wash it yourself, we recommend hand washing separately in cold water, with a washing liquid for delicates. Gently squeeze the excess water. Stretch to size. Lay flat to dry. Steam Iron at 'Woollen" setting. Iron on reverse if the item is printed/embroidered. While ironing, you may also put a thin white muslin cloth between the steam press and to be pressed  cashmere stole.
