2. Description of Services

APPNAME provides access to short-term cash advance loans to eligible users in the United States. You can apply for loans, receive decisions, and manage your loan through the App. Loan amounts range from $100 to $5,000, with repayment terms from 3 to 24 months, and APR between 6.99% and 35.99%. Loans may be issued by MONEY IN MINUTES PAYDAY LOANS, L.L.C. or by one of our verified third-party lending partners.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for a loan through APPNAME, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your state)
• Be a U.S. resident
• Provide a valid Social Security Number
• Have an active checking account
• Have a steady income source
• Meet any additional eligibility criteria

By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to:
